Bank & Trust

Bank and Trust is a life size bank vault door made from wood, plastic and paint. At 9 feet in diameter, the vault door symbolizes the scale with which these financial corporations operate. The vault’s name, Bank and Trust, is a visceral contradiction. Tombstone gray was chosen to not only illustrate the sterility in which these financial institutions operate, but to also allude to the inevitability of their demise.
